Will an online scheduled payment stop my water from being shut off?
No, a scheduled payment does not stop services from being shut off if a payment arrangment has not been setup in person or over the phone with one of our utilities clerk.
Can i arrange a late payment?
Online payment arrangement is not available. You can only arrange a late payment via phone or in person at City Hall.
Does the city charge a processing fee for payments?
Yes, approved Processing Fees for Online Utility Payments are the following.
3.25% per payment for credit or debit cards
$0.95 per payment for Quick Pay e-checks
