3.25% per payment for credit or debit cards
$0.95 per payment for Quick Pay e-checks
No fee for E-Check enrolled in Autopay
No, a scheduled payment does not stop services from being shut off if a payment arrangment has not been setup in person or over the phone with one of our utilities clerk.
Updating existing payment method details
· Login to your Utility account online
· Click on “Payment methods”, found on the left hand side of the menu
· Click on the “pencil” to Edit the card details such as EXP date or address. (card number cannot be changed, you must add a new payment method if this is the case)
· Ensure all details are filled out, including address details before clicking “Save”

· Click on “Edit Payment”
· Click on “Proceed to Tyler Payments”
· Click on “Update Payment Info”
· Choose what type of payment method you would like to add. You can add CREDIT/DEBIT or directly from a CHECKING/SAVINGS acct. Ensure all details are filled out exactly as they are with your bank to ensure it does not get rejected.
· Click “Update payment method” when all details are complete. You will get a thumbs up when successful.
