Signing up for Online portal will give you the ability to sign up for Auto-Pay, view bills and see past payment history.

SETUP ONLINE ACCESS

• You must have an email account. If you don’t have an email account, free email account services are offered through Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, or Gmail.
• Find your recent utility bill.
• Click on "Utility Billing"  (highlited in blue).
• Click on "Sign In / Register".
• Click on "Create an Account" (at the bottom of screen).
• Fill out all information required: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password (Phone number is optional). Save this information for your records as you will need it to login each time.
• Check your email for a confirmation code to complete registration.
• You can choose to opt out of 2factor authentication by clicking "continue".
• Once you have logged in successfully, click on the blue button marked "Add Account".
• Enter your account number that can be found on your last utility bill and click the blue button marked "Add Account".
• You can now sign up for Auto-Pay, make one-time payments or schedule advanced payments towards your utility bill account.
